New Year, New COVID Variants, New Decisions To Be Made.

Greetings, Friends:

On behalf of our sponsors including, Black Coalition Against COVID, Choose Healthy Life, Metropolitan Baptist Church, Ad Council, COVID Collaborative, Values Partnerships, and BlackDoctor.org, we are so excited about our upcoming COVID-19 Virtual Townhall on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 7 pm ET, and we so appreciative that you have agreed to participate!

The townhall is entitled "New Year, New COVID Variants, New Decisions To Be Made." With your help, our goals for this event, include:

·  Providing clear direction and information on COVID-19, vaccines, and where we are during the pandemic;

·  Uplifting trusted information sources;

·  Highlighting the commitment and partnership between the medical and faith communities;

·  And answering people's questions on everyday scenarios related to the pandemic.

We know a number of you have participated in several BCAC/BDO Town Halls in past months and this one will be just like the others. You will receive a run of show by the end of the week and Ellis Dean, who some of you have worked with in the past, will send you the dial-in times and Streamyard login information in a few days for your section.

Additionally, please find promotional assets below. Please consider sharing the flier and sample social copy as soon as today! We would be honored to have you promote the event on your social channels this week, over the weekend, and early next week as we get closer to the event date. Together, we hope to have a massive impact on the local community, drive education on so many important topics linked to COVID-19, and ultimately save lives.

Event Details:

Our goal is to cut through the noise and provide clear direction and information on COVID-19, vaccines, and where we are during the pandemic. Moderated by Dr. Reed Tuckson and various faith leaders, this virtual town hall will uplift trusted information sources where real people can turn to for advice and gain answers to timely questions focused on everyday scenarios related to the pandemic.

We will be joined by medical experts and faith leaders who will have various conversations to help answer specific COVID-19 questions for audience members and the larger faith community across our nation.  We will focus on clarifying what they still need to know about the pandemic and vaccines to keep themselves, their loved ones, and their congregations safe.
